A strong communicator you will be approachable and must ensure that we meet patient and primary care trust service levels.

Previous people management experience is essential and although you may not have previously come from a dentistry background your commercial skills and high level of customer focus will be as asset to our practice. You will use your leadership skills to assist in the development of the rest of the team, including that of receptionists, dental nurses and dentists.

The successful candidate for this role will be promote good levels of customer service, will have previous people management skills and will be an approachable and conscientious individual.
